There are a few factors to consider when it comes to your elopement destination. Some couples already have an idea of what kind of ceremony backdrop they’re looking for or a specific location that’s sentimental to them. Chugach State Park

This is one of the largest state parks in the United States, with nearly 500,000 acres of land, glaciers, icy lakes and a beautiful ocean shoreline. Some of our favorite locations for elopements within the park are Eklutna Lake, Eagle River, and Beluga Point. As a heads up, this location will require a permit for your elopement.

 

Denali National Park
