Epic Elopement did a PHENOMENAL job planning our desert elopement (and with only about 3 weeks to plan it). I got in touch with them because my partner and I were looking to have a low-stress but beautiful wedding day. We were having such a hard time planning everything, but Emily made everything so incredibly easy. They hit the mark on everything. Our officiant, photographer, and flowers were all included, and the site where we got married was all ready to go for us - we just had to show up. Emily and her team did such a great job and our special day could not have gone any better. The planning process was so simple and easy. They truly made planning stress free! All I had to do on my own was book transportation and hair/makeup. Other than that, we simply had to show up the day of! Emily also was so quick at responding to emails and it truly shows she cares about her clients and your experience. One of my primary concerns with planning was photography as I wanted a certain style. She took my concerns seriously and matched me with the perfect photographer. We actually just got back our wedding pics and it just cements that we made the right decision. HIGHLY recommend Epic Elopement!
Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of! Epic Elopement made our whole experience so easy and made sure everything went just the way we imagined for our day to go!! Through the whole process, they answered our 1000+ questions and made sure we were in the loop the whole time with what was happening! After we receive your initial inquiry we will collect some basic information from you in order to give you an accurate proposal. Our prices are not listed because all of our quotes are based on a few factors such as date, guest count, and location. After we get this information from you we will send you a proposal via email within 24 hours.
Okay so you are ready to move forward, now what? All of our contracts are sent online and are digitally signed. After the contract is sent we will follow that up with an invoice for the retainer to hold your date, keep in mind our contracts are only valid with a retainer in place.
After booking we will send you a welcome packet, this is going to have a ton of information on how to book vendors that are not included in your package as well as personal reception and dinner recommendations to help you get started with your post elopement celebration if you choose to have one. We will also have information on how to obtain your marriage license.
We will now reach out to the location of choice and obtain the permits for your wedding ceremony. Once we get this we will send you over a timeline for the ceremony portion of the day so you can begin to book your transportation, hair and makeup, and dinner plans. We will also hire your vendor team! There is no need for you to reach out to any vendors that are included in your package, that’s our job!
We are so happy you chose to have an intimate ceremony with us. One of the best things about going this route is you can sit back, relax and let us do the leg work. During the days leading up to your wedding day we will send you questionnaires to get your preferences regarding your ceremony, florals, cake and so much more. If you have questions on logistics, etiquette, or anything else we are there to answer them along the way! Please allow 48 hours for a response.
The BIG day has come! During the week leading up to the wedding ceremony we will send you a final details email with directions to the ceremony location for your guests and information on your vendors. Our team will be on site at the ceremony to greet you and your guests and make sure everyone makes it to the ceremony location and is comfortable. The vendor team will be there ready and eager to get started with you. Someone from our team will be there with you from the time you arrive until you depart to make sure the day goes off without a hitch!
