1. HOW CAN I ELOPE IN LAS VEGAS?
You don’t have to be Nevada residents to get married in Las Vegas, but the couple does have to be at least 18-years old. Minors aged 17 may marry with the consent of one parent or legal guardian, and only after a court finds that marriage is in the minor’s best interest. Those getting married must not have any other living husbands or wives — divorce paperwork may be required within certain time limits. A marriage license will cost you $77. Within 60 days of pre-registering for your license, you’ll need to go to the Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau in person to pick it up. Unless there is a line, the wait should take just a few minutes! Both of you must be present to pick up your marriage license and present valid IDs, which include a driver’s license, passport, U.S. or foreign country issued I.D. card showing a photo and birth date, military identification or resident alien card. Once you receive your license, you have one year to get married in Las Vegas. You’ll be asked to bring it to your officiant for your ceremony. After the ceremony, your officiant has 10 days to file the paperwork with the Clark County clerk. As a heads up, any out-of-state officiants need prior authorization to perform a wedding ceremony in Las Vegas!2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ELOPE IN LAS VEGAS?

While your marriage license will cost you $77, there are potential permitting fees if you’re planning to elope at a national park or outdoor venues. When eloping in Las Vegas, there must be at least one witness at the ceremony. If you and your partner are traveling alone, one of us is happy to serve as your required witness during the ceremony!6. WHAT’S THE CHEAPEST WAY TO ELOPE IN LAS VEGAS?
Every couple’s definition of inexpensive is different, but Las Vegas chapel weddings are one of the cheapest ways to elope in Las Vegas aside from a courthouse ceremony. But, there isn’t much room for customization with those typical packages. Our elopement packages are flexible based on location and if you wish to add other optional services or details to your day. You can pre-register for a Clark County marriage license up to 60 days prior to your elopement date. But, it is not mandatory to pre-register online before your visit to the clerk’s office – couples can just show up at the Las Vegas Marriage Bureau since there is no waiting time between submitting the application and receiving the license. But pre-registering can save you a bit of time!8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A MARRIAGE LICENSE IN LAS VEGAS?
